Acceptable Stay with Some Disadvantages

The location of the hotel was good.
The room was quite dark, even during the day. I found the lack of natural light disappointing, especially since the window only opened a tiny bit. This, even with the fan running. I also noted the absence of a microwave despite having an oven. A microwave would have been more useful .

the location was really good! the staff were super polite and helpful. i especially liked the mayvn cafe, it was very convenient, and the studio was modern.
The noise levels at night were not great. constant noise was coming from outside, it was really distracting. also, the room was quite dark. It was hard to get ready.

the location was central. i walked to many attractions easily. the staff was friendly at the front desk and helpful with directions. the cafe downstairs was adorable.
the mattress felt worn. i woke up with a back pain. the room smelt like drains sometimes. i could not get our phones to call the lobby, anytime over 48 hours but could call elsewhere in the area.
